Football MAXIMA Dual Bonded (Hybrid) technology – an innovative combination of machine stitching and thermal bonding that provides exceptional durability and a perfectly maintained shape over time. First, the panel edges are coated with a special adhesive. After it dries, the elements are machine-stitched. Once this step is completed, the ball is placed in a two-component mold, heated and inflated. The heat activates the adhesive, bonding the panels, reinforcing the seams, and ensuring a permanently round shape, after which the seams are additionally sealed. The advantages of this technology include precise control and stable trajectory thanks to the perfectly balanced 32-panel design and the use of textured PU material for the outer layer. Minimal water absorption – even on wet pitches it maintains its weight to a maximum extent.
