It is made using modern Dual Bonded (Hybrid) technology – an innovative combination of machine stitching and thermal bonding that provides exceptional durability and a perfectly consistent shape over time. First, the edges of the panels are coated with a special adhesive. After it dries, the elements are machine stitched. Once this production step is completed, the ball is placed in a two-part mold, which is heated and the ball is inflated. The heat activates the adhesive, bonding the panels, relieving the seams and ensuring a permanently round shape, after which the seams are additionally sealed. The 32-panel design includes a soft foam layer and a PU outer surface layer, designed for a soft yet secure grip so you can focus on taking your game to the next level.
